Kiran Kumar is son Jeevan, a popular villain.
Kumar started his adult action roles in Do Boond Pani in 1971. He played the lead roles in some more movies but a slump came in the bollywood career. He switched to Gujarati movies and became a big hit to the extent of being called "The Bachhan of Gujarati Cinema." He came back into Hindi films with Rakesh Roshan's "Khudgarz." He played very memorable negative roles in Tezaab and Khuda Gawah. He played negative roles in many Hindi films and keeps playing.
He started acting on small screen in 1992. Sunil Mehta's Prem Kishan was his first television series. He acted in many serials: Zindagi, Ghutan, Sahil, Manzil, Katha Sagar, Aur Phir ek Din, Papa, Miilee, and Chhajje Chajje Ka Pyar. He is a highly paid television serial actor.
