The only mission in Stalin's life is to help others and to make the world a better place. His family includes mother as well as his sister Jhansi, Stalin keeps helping a physically challenged girl Sumati to write her Intermediate examination and her suicide disturbs him.
Then Stalin plans a chain system. The theme works on a principle that everyone should help others and in return they should not seek a mere thanks but tell those who get the help to help three more, with a condition that those who get help from them should also demand the same. Stalin thinks that this chain will develop helping attitude among the people. But, to his dismay, Stalin finds that the chain did not work.
On one occasion, Stalin bashes a rich boy, who injured a beggar. This goes in chain reaction and the rich boy employs some goons to attack Stalin.
Once, Stalin gets a severe chest pain due to exertion. The reason for the chest pain is a bullet, which remained in his chest, very near to the heart. Stalin sustains the bullet injury in the Kargil war and that was why the Colonel shifts him to administrative department.
Finally, the doctors successfully remove the bullet, in a very delicate surgery. Stalin comes to know that his "help three people" concept worked well and the same theme saved his life in the form of auto driver. He thanks all the people for making his concept a success.
Naushad Ali ( 25 December 1919 – 5 May 2006) was popular music directors for Hindi films with a large number of jubilee films.
Naushad was conferred the Dadasaheb Phalke Award and the Padma Bhushan in 1982 and 1992, respectively, for his contribution to the Bollywood film industry.
Naushad was born and raised in Lucknow. His father, Wahid Ali, was a munshi (court clerk). He studied Hindustani music there under Ustad Ghurbat Ali, Ustad Yusuf Ali, Ustad Babban Saheb, and others. He also repaired harmoniums. As a lad, he joined a junior theatrical club and was appointed the club's music maestro for their theatrical presentations. He used to watch silent films at the Royal theatre in Lucknow. These movies were accompanies by music played by live musicians.
In time Naushad formed his own Windsor Music Entertainers. It led to formation of the Indian Star Theatrical Company in a theatre at Golagunj colony in Lucknow. He took training under Laddan Khan in composing and toured Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Saurashtra in the company's sojourns in those regions.
Naushad was a cinema fan in the silent era. In 1931, Indian cinema got voice and music which fascinated the 13-year old boy. But his family was strict follower of Islamic diktat of prohibition of music and his father one day gave him ultimatum to leave film music if he wanted to stay at home. He ran away to Mumbai in the late 1937 to try his luck as a film musician.
In Mumbai, he initially stayed with an acquaintance from Lucknow (U.P.) at Colaba.
After a while, he could a get job under music director Ustad Jhande Khan at a monthly salary of Rs 40. After that, Naushad worked as a pianist in composer Ustad Mushtaq Hussain's orchestra. He got credit as assistant to Hussain in a film. Then, Composer Khemchand Prakash took him on as his assistant for the film Kanchan at Ranjit Studio at a salary of Rs 60 per month, Naushad in interviews, had called Khemchand his guru.
His friend, lyricist D N Madhok introduced him to various film producers. Chandulal Shah, the owner of Ranjit Studios, offered to sign Naushad for one of his forthcoming films, but the film never got on the floors. He worked as an assistant music director for the Punjabi film 'Mirza Sahib' (1939).
He composed independently for film Prem Nagar in 1940. With A.R. Kardar's film Nayi Duniya (1942), he got first credit as "music director" and he began to work regularly for Kardar Productions. He first got noticed with A.R. Kardar's film Sharda (1942) wherein 13-year-old Suraiya debuted with the song "Panchhi Ja" for the playback for heroine Mehtab. It was Rattan (1944) that took Naushad right to the top and enabled him to charge Rs 25,000 a film.
