Storyline
Madan Chopra has two daughters, Seema and Priya. His passion is racing and winning. He finds a competitor to him, Vicky Malhotra. Madan befriends Vicky and invites him to work for him in Bombay. Vicky and Priya are attracted to each other and Madan happily announces their marriage. Subsequent to the announcement, Priya kills herself by falling down from the roof of a multi-storied building. Madan wants to close the case due to embarrassment, But, Seema meets her college friend, Police Inspector Karan, and together they begin to unravel the plot of murder of Priya that includes both Vicky and Madan.
